Tools for Mummification.

Egyptians also used mummification tools to use during the mummification process. They had to use a knife to make a slit on the left side on the body and took out the organs. The egyptians also used a hook to take out the brain. They move the hook around to mush up the brain and made snot. Here's the gross part they tipped the body over and the snot came right out of the nose and was dumped into a bowl.

How did a pickaxe and shovel help the Egyptians?

Egyptians used hammers and chisels to help them build the pyrimads. They put the chisel on the rock and tapped on the handle with a hammer so they could get the rock or limestone into the shape they want it to be in and to make it fit and equal with the others.
