Did you know that Egyptians used pickaxes and shovels to help them farm they used the pickaxe to dig up little holes to plant seeds. They used shovels to dig up sand and mud. Egyptians used hammers and chisels to help them build the pyrimads. They put the chisel on the rock and tapped on the handle with a hammer so they could get the rock or limestone into the shape they want it to be in and to make it fit and equal with the others.
Wow I didn't even know what a pickaxe was and that kind of confused me before I read this post but it makes more since to me now
